Throughout the event, you’ll move between Palazzo Pendaglia, historic palaces and hotels, Renaissance theatre and even the main square in front of the Cathedral, turning the whole city into part of the experience.

Cooking, restaurant service and reception competitions will take place across different locations, all within walking distance, so every transfer becomes an opportunity to discover the streets, architecture and atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage city.

Ferrara’s citizens will also be part of the journey: many competitions will be visible to people walking through the city, creating a lively connection between participants, visitors and the local community.

Meals will be shared in the former Stock Exchange building, a place where students from all over Europe can meet, exchange cultures and create memories beyond the competitions themselves.
